Submitting a Letter of Inquiry

LOI online form

Letter of Inquiry submission

As of February 2025, we will only be accepting Letter of Inquiry submissions that relate to our two giving themes, Faith and Discipleship and Children at Risk. We are limiting new submissions to these specific Giving Themes because they are relatively underrepresented among our grantee partner portfolio.

If after reviewing the Foundation’s Guidelines and Themes you feel there is alignment with your organization’s mission and project, please fill out the form below.

It is appropriate to send a letter of inquiry if your organization has never received funding from the Stewardship Foundation or it has been at least one year since you submitted your last letter of inquiry.

Letters of inquiry are accepted only from U.S. charitable organizations ruled to be tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, and not a private foundation as defined in Section 509(a) of the Code.

After careful consideration, our Foundation has made the decision to temporarily suspend the Letter of Inquiry (LOI) process, effective April 11, 2025, until the end of the year. During this period, we will not be accepting any new LOIs. The suspension is due to potential changes which may occur as a result of the Foundation’s ongoing strategic planning process.  We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check back for updates in early 2026.
